Bollocks.
When you look down and see a gut instead of your cock, surely you'd say to yourself "enough"?

If you fancy a biscuit have one. Have two.
But don't have the whole packet.

It's not difficult to work out or do. ( Unless your brain is encased in so much blubber it has ceased to function.)

Yeah it's just about biscuits. I shall put aside my Hagel and Marx and go to war with Jacobs. ;)

Stop with the bullshit Mr. P. If you carry on with that, CT will start copy and pasting Marx quotes in an attempt to justify his gluttony.

Why don't you just go with it? Are you hirsute? Could cultivate a bear look, I've heard that's popular amongst certain parts of society.

Not particuarly, and besides, bears tend to be into other bears. Which: not in the slightest. :D

New major European study out today says that waist to height ration (whr) is now a better indicator of fat related illnesses and life expectancy than BMI or simply waist measurement alone.

Nobody's WHR should be over 50%

So if your 6th high your waist should be no more than 36

An WHR of 70% can reduce your life expectancy by 25%

Nice are deciding whether to roll out the new guidelines.

Makes more sense. BMR is known to be bollocks. 16st of fat is very different to 16st of muscle.
You may say I'm a dreamer.....

so at 6'1 i can be 36" waist but at nearly half a foot shorter you can be spot on at 34"? seems a bit off like.

So Jim, have I ever told you about the old country? The songs! Oh Jim, they'd melt your face.
"Ohh I live in a shoe on Moore Street, I'm a prostitute from Newry".

Hanging your gut over a pair of 34 inch jeans isn't in the spirit of this thing.
