If You have any issues with the performance of the board please report them here. This will allow us to spot trends which will help us find out if there is a problem with the board or the users machine or internet connection.

Cheers.

So the first response we get is from the one person who says he's not happy about sticking his hand in his pocket? ;)

Change is inevitable, unless you're dealing with a vending machine.

Wouldn't have to if the owner of the board didn't choose the cheap option when choosing a server :D

Should merge this with the other thread and put it in here.

Anyway, slow response now and again and hangs sometimes (server did not respond).  Same if at work or home using chrome or Firefox.
You may say I'm a dreamer.....

Craig and PP have taken drastic action as you can see to start a board fixing "solution"
Testing/measures are already underway ;)

So Jim, have I ever told you about the old country? The songs! Oh Jim, they'd melt your face.
"Ohh I live in a shoe on Moore Street, I'm a prostitute from Newry".

How do you do a strikeout effect on the board? Seen it a couple of times in Fists posts

For example - [*b]For example[*/b]

Obviously bold is coded as b, however, what is the strikeout one coded as?

like this

Oh and why didn't you just quote the post which would reveal the code?

Occasionally when I open a thread the whole thread doesn't load at all. I have to click refresh to get all the posts on that page. I'm using Firefox. I will try IE and see if it still happens.

for the slowdowns and such nothing we can really do until the new version of the board is up or switch hosting (pending on which is causing the problems)

i've already got a new version setup elsewhere and started testing the upgrade process/what will need done/fixed etc so things are underway ;)
some nice new features on it though that i got working with little hassle, logging in via twitter and things like that.
