Ive had this same issue for months, on one profile on one PC all the graphics for toontastic and only toontastic were missing, tried clearing cache etc. Unistall and reinstall of Firefox yet nothing.
Found it today. While on the site with the problem, go Tools>Page Info > Permissions and check whats ticked.
