Apparently he has joined MK Dons on loan for the rest of the season. I would of thought Leeds would of been his likely destination if he was to leave on loan.

Leeds of probably realised it would be a step down in personnel to of him on their books.
"He can still tell you every single goal... and his training goals he counts as well. Apparently he's got 6,000 goals."

Goodbye Smith, thanks for one half decent season in 4 years.

I can't see us letting him go out on loan if we're still paying his wages. I'm guessing he's taken a pay cut.

Never really thought he was any good even when he went to Man United. I think League One is abit low for him though - could very well find himself ripping that league apart.

Good luck to him.

I can't say I'll be disappointed to see him go. Neither use nor ornament as Smith himself would say.

Good thing for both parties. Getting him off the wage lessens the pressure to get rid of someone else we might want to keep.

From the Keegan tribunal:
If I ever feel down, this is what I watch: Viva La Keegan
Quote
5.2 The Club admitted to the Tribunal that it repeatedly and intentionally misled the press, public and the fans of Newcastle United.
