A lot of the fans weren't happy last night after losing the derby but sacking him is mental.

Huddersfield Town has today parted company with First Team Manager Lee Clark and his coaching team.
Huddersfield Town Chairman Dean Hoyle said:
"This was a very difficult decision; one not taken lightly or in response to one result. Concerns have been raised over recent weeks.
"Lee and his coaching staff have put their all into the job over the past three seasons and he has made a huge contribution to the Club.
"However with 16 matches to go we still have an opportunity to achieve promotion and we have made this change with this in mind."
Huddersfield Town would like to place on record it's thanks to Lee and his coaching staff and wish them all the best for the future.
Academy Manager Mark Lillis will take temporary charge of the first team until a new manager is appointed.

Joke decision.
Won't be going to Wolves as they want an experienced manager.

3 defeats in 54 games & he's sacked. Crazy!

He was doing a great job there! Mental.
Some people feel content pouring syrup on shit and calling it pancakes their whole lives.

Only 3 defeats in the last 55 games, are they mad? Any team would love to have that sort of record. All the best to him for the future.

It's almost certainly down to him wanting a job elsewhere - probably Leeds.

A lot of them seem delighted he's gone.

You'd have thought Huddersfield would make him walk to get the compen off Leeds.
Very generous of them to do him/them a favour.
