By Mark Gleeson CAPE TOWN, Sept 10 (Reuters) – Egypt ensured they finished the group phase of Africa’s World Cup qualifiers as the only team with a 100 percent winning record as they came from a goal down to beat Guinea 4-2 in El Gouna on Tuesday. Their Group G triumph was followed by a 1-0 home victory for Algeria over Mali as they confirmed their dominance in Group H. Both Algeria and Egypt had already secured their progression to the final phase of African qualifiers and now await Monday’s draw for the playoff matches featuring 10 teams. …
