I live in a building with 3 flats - leasehold. The management company are a right bunch of twats. I haven't received the accounts (last 2 years) for the building despite repeatedly asking for the past 4-5 months. They just constantly lie. I have heard rumours of fraud surrounding them as well. Anyway, does anybody know what avenue to take in order to dispose of them ?

At the end of the day Premiership football isn't everything. Obviously its where we want to be but there is life outside of that. Our promotion seasons was one of the best I ever had. I sort of agree but is there a better solution? It seems unfair on sides who are sensible with their finances if those that spend wildly and end up in this situation aren't punished. The system in place now is stop the clubs from going bust but at the same time deducting points which can actually send teams spiraling down divisions might end up with the same result.
