"Putting the tree up and we always put the Christmas songs on doing it, first song that comes on is 'driving home for Christmas' and as I start singing it Mrs HMHM says 'You should be singing 'walking home for Christmas' instead."

If you were wondering why it's so quiet in here it's because everyone is over on the Discord channel.
I'm not keen on discard and this site is doing my head in how slow it is these last few days so after a few tries I didn't bother posting.

So men can think of a solution in peace.
A poll asked men what they liked most about receiving oral sex?
15% said 'the feeling'
85% said 'the peace and quiet'

Carragher on why Liverpool are shit and can't break Sunderland lines. It's because Alexander Arnold isn't there anymore. They were a one man team it seems?

Can see Sunderland getting something at anfield, Liverpool are so sluggish and the mackems have just hit the post. They'll just sit back and comfortably soak up the 'pressure' and at some point will score.

Constant whining because things aren't anywhere near supporters' perception of perfection is really fucking me off. Some people seem as pissed off now as they were when Ashley was owner. Owners. management and players aren't immune from making mistakes because we (seemingly??) expect perfection . Look at the mess Liverpool are in 6 months after winning the title. We are not there, we don't need a total rebuild but we are in transition. Not sure why Joelinton wasn't subbed after about an hour. Having the squad and not using it seems mad. I don't know why he didn't do it but I don't let that and the Brentford debacle etc eat away at me because am not in control of these things so honestly what is the fucking point?
We could see Ashley was a fucking fraud and Bruce was fucking winging it. We could see Pardew's vomit inducing brown nosing of the owner. We could see the farce of both appointments of Kinnear. We could see the honesty of Hughton and how he was crapped on and how Keegan and Rafa tried to raise standards until they they were both undermined. Two humiliating relegations. NOTHING IN THE LAST FOUR YEARS HAS BEEN REMOTELY AS BAD AS ANY OF THAT. That's something we shouldn't lose sight of iyam
Great point but as much as I could see all the former stuff I just really can't see much these days at all. (At least in person).

I'm still fizzing this morning we lost yet more points at the death, I'm sorry. Even got a Liverpool penalty at the end and still fucked it. Yes we should look a lot better when we've Wissa as a viable option up front but you could spin it and say wtf are we going to do if our young full backs get injured need a rest?
-
Judas Waddle didn't go on strike but definitely dialled it in towards the end from memory. (Pretty sure he dodged both derbies with an injury as well?)

The difference between the sale
of Anderson compared to those of Waddle Beardsley & Gascoigne was that it was only necessary to satisfy some bullshit fiscal ruling.
At least when we sold the other 3 it was to keep the club afloat financially/ we couldn’t compete with their ambition.
Anderson is sadly the example that proves PSR was a nonsense.
Those three wanted away, we had to eventually take whatever we could, I don't think we needed to sell although possibly Beardsley's sale was more palatable to the board after the West Stand had to be replaced with the Milburn stand.

I'm sorry but that was shite in so many ways, no lack of effort but a complete lack of attacking threat and don't get me started on their second. Any side pressing as successfully as we did particularly in the first half and having next to fuck all to show for it in chances let alone goals shows you there's a problem. We can't get Wissa back soon enough for a bit of rotation and a different dynamic from time to time.

I'm not pissing my pants at all. Pride comes before a fall and we've seen what happens in similar situations for decades. I take fuck all for granted and don't like tempting fate, yes we can definitely win this and I fancy us but we've no idea what team Eddie will put out and there are few teams in the PL who won't take advantage if you have an off day.

Almost finished the first episode and was tempted to not bother at the beginning but have heard enough and smiled, nodded and chortled at a few bits to stick with it. I don't suppose it's on YouTube?
