  1. If any1 finds an online stream for the real vs leicester game, can u please pm. Thanks.
  2. Pissing over what team mates? His team mates have already gone; Nolan to west ham, Carroll to pool;or are u referring to these new free transfers we brought in. If he had turned down the contract without going public, the club would have come out and said hes refused to sign and not telling us the real facts about them not giving him the contract he deserves. He has every right to go public in this case because he isnt the first player who is making these comments about the board. Cannot you see CT, its a common trend! You talk about having respect for the club but you need to open your eyes and see that Nolan, Carroll and Jose were the players that made the club. Show them some respect too! They were the core of Newcastle Utd and i have 2 theories on why you post the way you do: 1) Youre related to fat mike or hired by him to post such drivel OR; 2) You like being controversial just to get a reaction from other posters on here. (what fish said) Either way the comments you have made about Enrique and other players who have been forced out are fucking disgusting. I genuinely believe you should get a week ban just to reflect on what you have been saying.
  3. jose with a good run, shame about the final ball. I hope to God he doesnt go.
  4. I know!! Just as i took the vaseline out, the screens bombarded with little girls. My penis just looked up at me with that guilty face, shaking his head in disapproval.
  5. yup - theyve been awful in the final third. id say tiote been out best player colo has just done very well to intercept a ball in the box and bring it into midfield Spot on. Colo and Tiote are the only two players that have looked genuine premiership quality.
  6. Insulin or no insulin, this game is killing me. Watching it without sound is like having sex with a mute. Quick summary of the game though: Theyve had 85% possession and we've had 15%. Best is running like he has arthiritis in his knees. Cant really say whose look good for us, as we've not had much of the ball. Mediocre would be a compliment. After selling andy carroll and getting that 30-35m for him, i cant believe im watching a team with best and lovendkrands leading the line, even if it is a friendly.
  7. About 24 hours too early. Don't blame me, some knobhead stated it was being played at 00:30 on the 23rd. Which was 2 hours ago... If it is, in fact, being played at 00:30 on the 24th, that's how it should have been advertised Oh dear, been looking for a while now. Plan was to watch the game and then watch the Amir Khan fight straight after. Turns out theyre both on tomorrow. Struggling with my time zones.
  8. If sammy scores we're on the pitch! If sammy scores we're on the pitch! If sammy scores we're on the pitch!
  9. Dont kwit just yet, i think ul have Petra luck next time.
  10. i think shes missed one. 8) The drifter = Cynic one day, optimist the next. Influenced by others and constantly drifting between the above.
  11. CT youre a good person but sometimes i wish you would voice some concern about what the board is doing to our beloved newcastle. I just dont want you leading the 'team positive' wagon into impending heartbreak. And oh yeah heres one for you: ''History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. '' Martin Luther King, Jr. I did, see the "why did you join Toontastic thread"......First post. http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...st&p=924074 But lets be honest, he didnt buy us to do all this. Until Keegan left he was watching the game from the stands and drinking round the town. I think he's made lots of mistakes, all well documented but since relegation he has overseen a stable period that has seen us win promotion and the perform better than most expected in our first season back. He has got to grips with the clubs finances, made scouting a big priority, put under soil heating in at the training ground and froze season ticket prices for 10 years. (Many will scoff at these things but they are all positive things). Finally, we have attacked this window and completed some very good business already and are negotiating for more players with two months of the window still to go. Do I remember how bad it was.....Yes Do I appreciate how much better it is now ......Yes Do I see any positives from the amount of negative threads around like this ...... No Do they really achieve anything other than a couple of days of infighting amongst the same people ........No Im pretty happy with the way its all going as of today and thats all that matters to moi. I dont know what i'd do if you werent here. My feet are firmly back in the wagon. Just make sure you know where you taking us dorothy. I need the courage to have faith, HappyFace needs a heart and Tecato well.. Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  12. I am pretty transparent. Was bored with all the money fixation though. Is it cynicism when its so well reasoned? So are any of the quotes Ashleys? Not one. He'll be livid when he reads what his staff have been saying. Its like defending Adolf because it was Joseph Goebbels who was doing all the shouting.

  14. Utter nonsense. I dont see you as one of the more knowledgeable fans so you have no right to say whether they do or they dont.
  15. We all know this? From what i read on this forum, i dont think everyone does. Also, new young blood are joining this forum and are supporting newcastle, they have a right to know. The lies made by the owners are overbearing this club and therefore this should be highlighted.
  16. Good post mate. Even though i have sworn allegiance to team positive with CT, its important people know what promises/statements have been made in the past that have turned out to be false. Nothing wrong with fans showing positivity in the club, as long as you dont turn a blind eye to the bigger picture. What is dissapointing, is the fact that there are many fans on here who are more knowledgeable about this clubs past than others (and me), and rightly show the inevitable skepticism from previous promises made, yet get slated in a ruthless manner whenever they post anything negative about the board/owner.
  17. I predict atleast 3 of our starting 11 will be on the injury list by christmas, and we will all be moaning about how we need more depth in the squad. Pardew will use injuries as an excuse to why we're not doing so well.
  18. Andy Carroll, and yeah i think milner was playing for villa when he got called up.
  19. In that case CT, im jumping on your bandwagon, go team positive!! Just make sure youre there to save your followers from the wrath of those who predicted doom, if that is the case next season.
  20. Are we though? Losing the best striker at the club to liverpool, losing our captain to untested 'johnny-foreigner paraplegic types', potentially losing Enrique.
  21. Ok I've read the entire thread about us signing marveaux and was bored so i decided to read some liverpool forums (at the time when they thought marveaux was coming to mersyside) to find out more about the player. However, after reading the threads from a few different forums, i came back wanting to raise another issue; an issue of attitude and mindset. It was shocking to see the different mentality both sets of supporters showed with the same news of signing the same player, for the same price and having the same background on the player. As a whole most liverpool fans were only happy to accept the deal if he is a back up player, and helps with the depth of the squad. Virtually all of them still wanted a proven winger to be signed on top of the marveaux signing. The logic behind this was that he is a) injury prone, b ) he plays in a poor league and c) teams like chesea/man utd lost interest quite a while ago for a reason (hes on the 'wane' if you like). On the contrary many posters on here seem quite optimistic about this signing. Already addig him to team formations for next season, talking about how we're finally spending some of that 35 million on wages for quallity players. Basically, theres an obvious difference in the feel/response between the boards of the two teams. So why the stark difference you may ask? Well, it could be a number of things 1) Does it all come down to liverpool having higher aspirations, aiming for champions league etc or is it more than that? 2) Is it because their recent history with french players has been very poor so theyre vigilant on signing any more whereas we've brought in some good french players? 3) Is it because FMA and Llambias (with the help of certain posters) have built up such a melaoncholy vibe around the place that we now have a lower threshold to show contentment/joy? Would we have shown a less optimistic response to signing a player of a similar calibre 10 years ago. 4) Or is it because ive been chronically exposed to LeazesMags' posts that im now begining to take a more bleak outlook to everything. Thoughts? I would have put this under the marveaux thread but i think its bigger than that. Its not just liverpool that you can make the comparison to, its other teams also. PS: Many scousers kept questioning the success rate of free transfers. How many free transfers over the last few seasons have been shown to be quality players in the premiership (in terms of percentage). Point to ponder.
  22. NEWCASTLE UNITED owner MIKE ASHLEY is finally coughing up some cash. The Sports Direct millionaire has offered IMOGEN THOMAS a six-figure sum to be the face of boxing brand Lonsdale. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...ghting-fit.html I'll get my coat.
