I'm one of those who believe a bad referee is better than no referee at all so I would have to think that a new owner would have to be better than an owner who has fucked-up, and thinking that the new owner would endeavour to give it his best shot and hopefully not have the same disaster occur on his watch.
Any new owner should have a decent idea of how to run a football club properly having been given a perfect demonstration of the opposite for the last two years

Im split. One half say no matter how much of a twat the bloke was, we were mostly at the right end of the table. Im also desparate for Ashley to sell. However, FS bled the club dry last time over as well.
If he's the front man for a consortium and they make him accountable for all of his actions then I'm happy for him to come back. Last time he seemed to be able to do whatever he wanted. Hopefully this time he'd have specific duties, no interfering with the managers job whatsoever

If a month is a 'quick' sale we are fucked! You can add another month on that to sort out managers etc. By which time most other clubs will have finished their transfers and we are left with the shit again
