  1. Had the misfortune of watching this with a bunch of Jocks as I've been to Arran this week. Proper Mackem/Ant attitude, they didn't even put the sound on the tele in the pub until our national anthem finished man.

  2. Feel like we've got the foundations of something to get behind again, especially with some of the talent that we have coming through. We just need somebody in the middle who can put his foot on the ball and control the tempo when needed.

Hopefully people don't expect too much now and give Southgate time as he's very much still learning at this level too. Onwards and upwards.

Dont know if you are still having problems with this (and not sure if I’ve mentioned it), but I had quite a few problems with a herniated disc 3’ish years ago and all the referred pain issues in arms, fingers, shoulders etc. Went through the usual tablets, physio and finally a consultant who wanted to replace the disc with a metal one.

Anyway he warned me I would have less movement, could lose the use of my arm or could be paralysed from the neck down. I agreed to the op, went home and started googling like fuck.

I found this aussie on YouTube who has a practice on some tropical island and he had two exercises for herniated discs that “cured” me in 2 weeks. When I say cured, the pain went I cancelled the op and am now 3 or 4 years down the line. I get the odd twinge now and again but mostly still symptom free.

If you are still having issues (and it’s related to a herniated disc), let me know and I’ll chuck the link up.

Nice one man, I'll happily give anything a shot.

    No dick pics though.

    VPN's

As far as I'm aware no end users have ever been taken to court for streaming a video so why are people buying VPN's. I don't think any judge has yet declared the act of streaming is illegal and no film body is even contemplating trying to sue an end user. Isnt this just a scam where a lot of "geeks" are laughing all the way to the bank?

VPN's are used for a lot more than just Kodi man, for example if you download Torrents then your ISP can't see what you're downloading, which is something people have been prosecuted for.

Also have a read up on a little thing called GCHQ.

Aye, pretty sure you're on the same one as me which I've forwarded to him.

Is that still the one I sent you ages ago? If so glad to see you're still using it as it's always been spot on for me.

  6. Sorry Wykiki I've just seen this, don't get as much of a chance to post on here any more as I can't access the website at work and as the site no longer uses Tapatalk I can't get away with using it on my mobile.

Have you seen any of the world indoors?

Saw Shame on Wednesday night, great live well worth the effort.

Protomartyr next Friday, Cloud Nothings the week after, then in March Mogwai, BRMC, PWEI, The Aints (Ed Kuepper doing his Saints material) and some other stuff.

I'm off to see Shame in April, glad to see they're decent live. What size venue was it? I'm seeing them at the Cluny, so not a massive space.

Saying that Mogwai were tremendous at Northumberia University, one of the best gigs I've ever been to.
