  1. Some Page 3 models were 18 in the sun, sport, etc.

in terms of age you can have a very mature headed 20 year-old - some that may even run their own business, entrepreneurs, and a very child-like one. Some are that way through most of their 20s. Some become very mature from 16 depending on up-bringing and life-circumstances, becoming a parent, etc.

It is all hypocrisy particularly from the media’s audience of those commenting on the internet finding it easy to use it as an outlet on others rather than look at their own life’s. Adding to that a lot of reality tv-shows we watch nowadays - ordinary, somewhat, people we sit and comment on.

in terms of this case - we don’t know if this 17-year old, looks very mature - did he know their age - using their parents to blackmail him, etc. context, what are really the circumstances or….do they look age or younger and does he actually have an unhealthy warped sexual attraction to teenagers?
does he historically really have poor mental health and close to being sectioned before or is it panic that he’s been put in a situation in being targeted and wanting to kill himself feeling his life is ruined, etc.

Bottom line is, like Schofield, he’s been unfaithful and like schofiled not only has a wife, but has kids too. Is that wrong - course and unlike us lot he knows if any of this gets out that he’ll have the media and the hypocritical general public against him.

I think we need to find out more facts before making any further assumptions.

Just as an example of some of the stuff they have to deal with, my lass has a Ukrainian refugee in her class. The kid doesn't speak English, he's obviously been damaged by his experience, and he's a constant flight risk throughout the school day - as in he will, at a second's notice, get up out of his seat, leave the classroom, leave the building and just walk off school grounds to wherever the fuck he feels like. He's 9.

And he has to be physically dragged, kicking, punching, biting and screaming back onto premises and shut in a room until he calms down.

And the school has been told there is no alternative for him, so he has to stay in school and just be managed. So my lass is on high alert all day - trying to teach 31 kids whilst also keeping an eye on this lad, and if he so much as twitches or looks like he's about to get up, it's fucking panic stations. That's incredibly stressful to have to go back into every day.

That's not teaching. It's not fair on the other kids in the class and it's sure as fuck not fair on the teacher or the two or three that have to leave their classes to chase and drag him back to the building.

People don't see this sort of stuff but it's going on everywhere.

Imagine all that and then every time you get on social media someone's got something to say about how lazy and greedy you are, and if you put the telly on some cunt politician is there lying about how much you get paid and how much you're being offered.

It's a wonder we've got any teachers/nurses/doctors, etc etc left.

It sounds more like the place I was used to work at in St Nics than a school and that’s very similar experiences with my lass. She worked up at Amble, but is over Walker now. Never had any breaks, any frees to mark. Had to mark/plan on weekends, half terms and half of the six weeks with all those holidays teachers get…!
It’s happened a good few times with Syrian kids where they don’t speak a word of English, terrified and just the other day w Kurdish laddie walked in shaking, crying not a word of English poor thing. She does get her breaks and frees in Walker unlike that other place and the pastoral team are great there, but she was basically a teacher, parwnt, phycologist and pastoral  at the other place. It’s honestly sickening the way at the Tory’s are not giving them the pay and support they need to do their job, simply just teach, compared to the likes of Scotland. that former educational secateurs of state was a right clown, but that’s the majority of politicians who lack any insight or empathy for teachers.

I thought it Walker would be worse than Amble being an academy too, but they have more resources than Amble. That place is a sinking ship and basically how you described.

  5. It’s down that left-hand side where they’ll be battling for a place with Isak, Maxi and Willock.
Otherwise I’d expect to see Longstaff lose out with Tonali sitting behind big Joe and Bruno - Maddison playing off Wilson/isak. ….If he’s signed ;)

    Whoah! I’m not that old.
No age at all that though. I seem to remember her having at least one child as well :(

Two sons. She always looked ten or more so years younger. Wish I did….!

She was there always checking in on me when I lost my son and just genuinely a grounded lovely person to know. It’s still a young age. My dad was 52 when he passed. Horrible time for her family and a huge shock to learn of.

  7. It was a ruptured aortic aneurysm. Id only just came across this news today, but it was late January when it happened. I’ve been speaking to cath. It’s a huge shock. She was a lovely, supportive strong person.

  8. Great effort

Kenedy was a breath of fresh air - lots to offer in attack as was Murphy when he came on. Could potentially start ahead of Astu Sunday.

Joselu - honest to god, what a massive pile of dog shite he is...! I don’t know who he was praying too when he missed as I guarantee they would have been trying to reach down to wipe their arse with him...!

Perez played as usual like an overgrown toddler getting knocked off the ball and Yedlin just looking average as per-usual.

Sloppy goal to give away, but a nice piece of play for the header. The keeper stood no chance.

overall - great effort, but the sooner we get Slimani on, possibly alongside Gayle or even Murphy playing off him, the better.

Getting there, thanks mate. It’s good to see familiar names like yourself still knocking about.

    ...I’ll stick around though ;)

  10. Thanks :)

I know you did Jill. I felt my heart sink and the tears roll down my face as I read those 7 well thought-out words ending with laughter. It's something I'll never forget when the odds were stacked against me....
