Always sticks in my mind the No Smoking sponsorship on the WBA strips

  2. Congratulations to the Singing Corner, great support lads. Load of shit.

Agreed, only started to get behind them second half. Still half a section of Blackburn fans chanted louder. Fair enough not just them have to get behind them but it's called the singing section for a reason.

So because we choose to go into an area for singers, we have to ignore what goes on in front of us and sing and dance and happyclap for 90 minutes while everyone else can sit on their hands and sing fuckall for 90 minutes?

    Rrrrrrrrright, sounds fair.

For the record, the singing section did well I thought. It could do with some help from the other 42000 wankers.

Right behind you on this one

    Fucking shite atmosphere today

I thought the whole point of the singing section was to group together all the singers to get the chants started off but its upto the rest of the stadium to follow suit.

Cocks round me buttoned it all game except to slag the players off - boils my piss

Thats the problem, mate. The singing section can start as many songs as you like but there's only 1000 of us. 1000 in a 52000 seater stadium is never going to sound electric is it. The idea was to have the singers together to start the songs and hopefully the noise will spread. But it doesn't, it stays within those 1000 because the rest think they don't have to bother their arses as they aren't in a "singing section" - they now have a perfect excuse. There wasn't a single song from any other part of the ground today from what I heard/saw.

Gallowgate was fairly lively today IMO.

That's the thing - you can't hear the opposite end to where you are, so they may be lively but from up in Level 7 there was fuck all from any other stand mate. But the "singing section" take the stick for it.

I'mright next to the singing section and I couldn't hear the Gallowgate today either - not having a go by the way

  3. I just think is Ashley having a right good laugh before he sells the club.

Not that I have any interest in Kinnear taking the role - just think Ashley has dropped this into the conversation just to get a rise out of the fans

Trying to put the pressure on the new owners?

  4. Never rated him - under 21's my arse look at Amaboobie to show the lack of quality at that level.

I think he is so much like Bramble it's uncanny apart from Taylor drops the defence in the shit and makes others look bad when the goal is scored

least Bramble make a shambles of it and it was instantly apparent it was his fuck up that lead to the goal.

Cannot believe he held the club to some kind of ransom for his increase in wages too - I would have shown him the door

  5. Congratulations to the Singing Corner, great support lads. Load of shit.

  6. I Know I should be there but I'm not compromising my principles on this one.

I said I would hand no more money to the club while that fucker is in charge and I'm sticking by it

Yes he has said he will sell the club

Yes he has recruited a consultancy to search for the buy out of the club

but until he has cashed his cheque and handed the keys over to the new owners it hasn't happened and he still earns from NUFC.

Cutting my nose to spite my face here but I just cannot do it

  7. Anyone going tonight?

Anyone bought tickets but becasuse of all the past few weeks not going out of protest etc?

    this from .com -

It's expected that this crowd will be the lowest since:

    19.09.1993 14,083 v Mansfield Town (League Cup)

The smallest SJP crowd of the modern era remains:

    16.12.1992 4,609 v Cesena (Anglo Italian Cup)

Feel bad now about not going but I'm sticking to my guns of not paying that fat idiot any more money.

  8. Can I ask who on here who has a ticket is intending to boycott? I doubted there would be many and assumed it would more likely be the clowns who we saw knocking back cider for camera's who would go for this but it appears that there are a few who I would consider to be intelligent posters on here who seem to be up for it.

I will add that while I'm not going to waste my ticket I don't see a senario at the moment that would see me getting a ticket for any cup games for the near future.

I've got a season ticket but still haven't made up my mind if I'm not boycotting or not.

Like I have said before - the fat fuck has got my money for this year so he ain't bothered if I turn up or not.

If I don't go it shows them that people, even through they have spent their hard earned cash on a ticket, are making a stand against the owners etc of the club.

If I do go then I will be able to voice my opinion to Morepies and Wise to be heard by the press and possibly even a sound bite on MOTD.

Whatever I decide they can all whistle if they think they are getting anymore money from me.

Everytime I think about it I feel sick - not because KK has left but by the shambles that is left and the manner in which our club is being ran.

  9. Ashley will piss himself laughing if the ground is half empty and hes got your money in his pocket. If you want to send a message, dont go to any cup games and dont renew next year. The only message you send by not attending games you've already paid for is that you haven't thought this through properly.

The real message comes when we play spurs in the cup. Thats when the fans can deprive him of the best part of a million in revenue in one night. That will be a significant proportion of the club's profit for the current year gone in one night (assuming we are profit making at all). Not attending games you have already paid for can be ignored - he already knows he's hated.

This is the way I see it.

Nothing gained in staying away if you have already bought your season ticket - Stay and let them hear you voice on the subject.

If you haven't bought a season ticket then by all means boycott all the games.

The right message to the Fat Fuck would come against Spuds in the cup with everyone staying at home.

  10. What a fucking legend!

One of the most respected men in football telling it how it is - FACT

I'm so glad that SBR has come out and given an interview that hits the nail firmly on the head - let the gutter press try and twist that one.

The more time I have to sit back and digest the past week the more worried and angry I become.

Wish Wise did live within 20 miles of St. James Park - I'd be near the front of the queue to blag his windows and post shite through his letterbox

  11. Thing with boycotting is, you're cutting your nose off. I cant see many people collectively wanting to get rid of their tickets. You might find that there be a couple of thousand less, but for a significant protest you need to get around 1/3 to 1/2 of the ST support to bin them.

There should be an immediate refusal to shop in Sports Direct, getting the word out to the Charvers who refuse to shop anywhere else. Likewise no merchandise, food or drink to be purchased in the ground or club shops.

Obviously match attendance is compulsory for some therefore it should be a voiciferous protest directly at the regime. For those wishing to do so, a delayed entry to the match providing visual fodder for the media.

This is the way I see it too.

I'm still going to the games as I have paid for my ST and like many have said before I want to support the players.

I would love to see it at the Hull game that of everyone who wants to come to the game buying fuck all from the club shop / programme sellers / pies / pints from within the ground.

Sing out your anger to Wise and co. and tell them to stick there shirts and NUFC tatt where the sun don't shine.

Only thing that Billionaires want more of is money - cut off the source to hit him where it hurts.

My season ticket now looks like the worst purchase since John F Kennedys convertable

  12. Good post mate - agree with the points you make.

I know he only played there a handfull of times for us but on the few occations he did I really like Nobby at right back

Not the best in the league but could read the game with the rest of them and that enhanced his qualitys in that position

Would liked to have seen more of him in that position to see how it would have worked out

  13. After all this time I'm only now sitting down to watch this series.

Thought it would be like all the other American shite so never bothered the first time round - feel like a right nugget now.

Totaly hooked and about half way through the 2nd series.

    That is all
