Not me exactly, but Hubby has bought another motorbike! It doesn't look much to me but it's a Honda CB 750 K O. Which is pretty rare apparently, being the very first 750 four. 1969 I think. I've noticed though how when I comment about any money spent on 'toys' it's now 'for our retirement'

This has got me thinking, we have bought so much last couple months...a super dooper cycle computer for our son (he does serious bike events) and a cycle trainer for indoors when the weather's crap (most of the time)! I bought hubby a Makito drill and a new Sat Nav. Hubby just bought an extremely long pair of forks as he's decided to build an old school chop (like he built years ago, mid life crisis I say)! But the bestest gadget is undoubtedly the Telescope they bought me for Xmas. Now I have to learn how to use it properly!

Well mine is obvious, the film was popular then. But I am no relation to t00nraider, who used to use NUFC forums I had previously used Looneytoon on Freeserve chat (blast from the past there)! But someone was already using that on the original toon chat when I wanted to register so I went with this instead.

THe Desolation of Smaug....really enjoyed it but then I have always loved the book and anything by Tolkien. I like Martin Freeman but still feel either he's not right as Bilbo, or he's not protraying him correctly. I always loved Thorin in the book but on screen....wow!!! I'd happily like to take him into that mountain and give him what for!!!
