I don't think you can improve on (proper, full fat) Greek yoghurt with honey. Maybe add sprinkling of chopped hazelnuts and a bit of fruit but I prefer it simple. Those Liberte ones are full of sugar.

Now that we've ditched glooms butter and gone back to Olive spread , I might risk full fat Greek and give it a whirl.

Made Spanish chicken again last night (by request), and again it was superb.

It has my 10 year old eating tomatoes, courgettes and green peppers, stuff she would usually never eat.

Restaurant in Islington, The Olive Tree is run by a massive greek woman who makes her own greek yoghurt. Pairs it with homemade lemon curd for a pudding, which is insanely good.

Just to redress the balance a bit: fillet steak (medium), boiled new potatoes and broccoli (buttered with salt and pepper - the veg that is).

Followed by an hour of yoga.

Aye, because that sounds much more manly :lol:
