The low-key star of that monstrosity is the "pork & egg nuggets". :lol: I love how they've just smuggled the phrase in there as if it's definitely a normal thing that people eat all the time.

Lockdown bread bore klaxon.

Here it is. My first attempt at a shaped sourdough. Didn’t rise as much as some previous efforts. I put this down to baking it on a pizza stone with no sides to force it up. The crust and crumb were bang on and the starter, which I’ve been feeding for 4 weeks now, has developed a real depth of flavour.
