Looks amazing. :D My team leader at work makes a Baileys cheesecake which always looks and tastes great. She always adds a LOT of extra Baileys compared to what the recipe asks for mind.

Tbf I've been using frozen fruit, berries and so on in juice drinks for years.

THEN WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU WHEN I WAS GETTING MOUNTAINOUS PILES OF SHIT FOR IT?!?!

Sections of the internet will tell you that dressing up in lion costumes and fucking each other is excellent, doesn't mean it's not worthy of ridicule.

Boil pots and carrots for 10 min first then put in roasting tin with all the veggies you can gather. Drizzle over olive oil and grated garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble over goats cheese (if you're using peppers stuff them with cheese)...Sprinkle finely chopped corriander and pine nuts to finish. Cover with streaky bacon. Oven for 45min/hour till veg and pots are browned.

 

Easy and really healthy fodder.
