Renton 2,143
Finally upgraded my phone yesterday, to an HTC one mate. Nice phone but can't help thinking with each iteration of smart phone you get less than the previous generations..... 4g makes a difference mind, hoping it will be better in my office come Monday than the 3g offering. Ant 332
think the leap forwards in the time frames are just slowing up a bit if you went from (to use apple) a 3gs > 4s or a 4 to the latest 5, then you'll notice the differences more, between screen/camera/speed etc but if you're upgrading from one model or every year or so then ya won't notice much, especially atm where they've hit a bit of a bottleneck with battery life and screen quality/resolution, so they've tacked on gimmicks like the thumbprint shite to make it look innovative
aimaad22 38
Yup there really hasnt been anything exciting lately. They're just increasing the megapixels and number of processors at the moment. 4G is the real upgrade Im looking forward to too in the coming future.

Toonraider 0
Not me exactly, but Hubby has bought another motorbike! It doesn't look much to me but it's a Honda CB 750 K O. Which is pretty rare apparently, being the very first 750 four. 1969 I think. I've noticed though how when I comment about any money spent on 'toys' it's now 'for our retirement'

Toonraider 0
Very nice, any pics? Id love a CB750 in candy gold one day He's collecting it tonight. I will post you a photo soon though. It's Blue and tatty of course. It has the original carbs too, which are worth a fortune. The nice thing is, hubby worked on the bike many years ago when he was an apprentice...and has been after it for years.

Baggio 0
I bought the boy a 'peardrop' wooden playhouse for the garden for his 2nd birthday in two weeks. I'm trying to put off putting a level base down as long as possible.
ohhh_yeah 163
This beauty! Just bought this stainless steel reach-in freezer for my local food bank I help run. I also picked up (6) stainless steel shelving units. For some reason the five shelf units were cheaper than the four shelf units. Will remove one shelf from each unit if I can. Been needing improvements and after we had a visit from a health inspector we decided now was the time. A mother called and reported us because she insisted that we had fresh blood on the bottom of one of our refrigerators. Our raw meat had never even been put in the fridge in question. What she had seen was ketchup that was spilled and not properly cleaned up yet. Sadly, we had to close our doors while updating our storage area. When we re-open our doors next week we will be able to serve more families in need. We were averaging 47 families a week. Our updated goal is to be able to feed at least 70 families a week. I am still in search of at least one more refrigerator but since my budget is dwindling I think I will in the market for used models.

Howmanheyman 4,634
lol kid will love that, everyone wants a cub/treehouse as a bairn. We were poor. I used to get my Dad to dig a hole in the back garden and I'd put a sheet of plywood over it and I had an underground Den.
