Scottish Mag 3 Posted August 27, 2005 Share Posted August 27, 2005 They are still dismissing Hearts as nearly every year now one of the teams does this at the start and they are comparing to the Dundee side a few years ago who "appeared" to have some capital behind them. However what most people north of the border are ignorant too is the manager. George Burley IMO is easily the best manager in the league.
