Mine would be fat stripes Proper Adidas stripes on the arms, not those horrible ironed ones Red lettering for names and numbers on the back Quite like the Current gold Northern Rock logo, keep that. Why not just change it to fucking red whilst we're on since teams wearing red win most shit. I dont give a toss what the finite detail of the shirt is to be honest. Been looking at some other teams jerseys lately and my pants get all creamy whenever I see this Juve top : The away top from that era is quality too. They;d be a bit fucked if they didn't use black numbers and i'm sure they don't say they'd prefer a different colour from black just because of us. Red is the most readable contrast against the black and white. The nearest we came to getting anything like as clear was in the days of the old Asics kit when we used white numbers on a black patch. Everything else, perhaps with the exception of blue has been illegible. We used red numbers for decades up until 1993. No one complained back then! Also make the sponsor's logo blue again and I think we have a winner I love the 'Owen' name/number effect. What would that look like with the proper premiership font?? MattM4 to do a mock up?
