Its been running painfully slowly for about 3 days now, you click on a page and it literally takes about 2 minutes to load up fully. This one is ok, can't even get on Newcastle-Online, BBC Football is painful, the University site is fine etc. Just really random. I signed up for 8mb and by the time they stabilised my conection i was getting 224kb, but being charged full whack. It would disconnect for days at a time and in the 3 months i argued with them about it i never spoke to an englishman, and the blokes on the other side of the world who i spoke to couldnt understand a word i said!
