Recommended Posts

That's pretty good actually. I did a similar thing with a Powerpoint show once, had it pop up with a prompt asking them if they wanted to delete all their files. Obviously clicking just loaded the next slide, which was the same...

Canny, but couldn't the fella have explained it in 10-15 words? Seems a lot of effort to go to

Print screen desktop, save via paint, turn off desktop icons, set saved image as wallpaper.

I cant (be arsed to) watch the video

There's a Windows code that makes a small monkey flying kick through the screen and into your face.

A better prank is to do the following when a mate has left his PC unattended and unlocked:

1. Start > Search

2. All Files & Folders, search for *.exe

3. While this search is running, right-click the start button and select 'Explore'.

4. Expand the tree by going into 'Programs' then the 'Startup' folder

5. Go back to your search window and when finished, select all the objects and with the right mouse button depressed, drag them over into the 'Startup' folder in the Explorer window.

6. Release the button and on the menu that appears, select 'Create shortcut(s) here

7. When complete, simply shut his machine down

what happens then?

When they restart their machine and log on, it'll run everything that is in the 'Startup' folder. As it'll have shortcuts to every *.exe file on the machine, it'll try to run them all at once.

Processor will be going spastic!

There was a game demo way backing 1998 that did something like that, you started it and asked you if you wanted to delete everything and no matter what you clicked it seemed like it was deleting all your (then Win 98) files.

Funny if you sent it to someone unsuspecting.
