Time Team has always been cool. FACT!

I don't get Time Team. That stuff's been underground for hundreds of years and they've only got a couple of days to dig it up?

Well if you watched it it all explodes in huge Hollywood fashion after 3 days, sometimes Tony only just makes it out alive with a last bit of pot, Indiana Jones fashion!!.... no really.

Along the same lines did anyone see that "Extreme Archaeology" series where it was "extreme"(!!!) because they sort of had to use a bit of rope to get to where they were digging (and because one had dyed her hair red too I think ) or something?

Radio 2 is streets ahead of Radio 1, to be fair.

Radio 2 is pap for the terminally brain dead......................

... which would still place it streets ahead of Radio 1.

I'm always reminded of the Billy Connolly description of getting old, whereby you start to accompany bending down to pick things up with involuntary noises, and start going "aaggghhhh" after a sip of tea (as opposed to a cold Carling)

started doing both after about 25

 was just discussing that today at work when my boss bent down to retieve his pen about 8 bones cracked simultaneously

3. You stop dreaming of becoming a professional footballer and start dreaming of having a son who might instead.

;)

I gave up dreaming of that when Rooney started making a name for himself, as he's nine months younger than me.

Actually started dreaming about the son bit recently though. :)

I once listened to Radio4 on a journey back from Basingstoke ;)

that's what driving in the "Home Counties" will do to you

10 minutes in Surrey and you're a confirmed Archers fan for life......... JUST SAY NO!!!
