Men arrested after 'sword fight'

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of affray after a brawl outside a pub involving men fighting with swords. One of the arrested men is in hospital with a broken leg after the fight outside the Azure Blue pub in Eastbourne Avenue in Gateshead.

Several windows of the pub were smashed, Northumbria Police confirmed.

Two swords have also been recovered and police are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and saw the disturbance to come forward.

There can only be one Highlinder!

Me mate moved into Westbourne Ave (next one down from the Azure) and made out it was an up and coming area, within a month there had been two murders including the discovery of a body in the boot of a car outside his front door.

Quality place :ok:
