VHS-C to DVD

You can do it if you have a DVD RAM recorder.

Link up the VCR and DVD recorder, play the VHS tape and record on the DVD.

 

My brother has a DVD RAM recorder and has transferred a lot of his VHS tapes (and some of mine) on to DVD.

its not a regular vhs cassette - its the teeny tiny camcorder type :rolleyes:

If you have a TV-in on your PC cant you just attach it to that? (as long as you've got one of them adaptors mentioned above).

 

If you havent got one, its probably not much more to buy a new graphics card with one on that it would be to pay a company to convert (I guess)

You should have a video out on your camcorder that plugs into your dvd recorder and allows you to record direct to DVD.

Mine does and it's geet old.

 

Yes, BUT

 

I no longer have a camcorder so what are my options?

Well yes, that is an option but I thought there would be some converting available without resorting to buying a camcorder
