It says plug into computer and restore using i-tunes i have done this several times and it just isnt working! Any help will be greatly appreciated. ewerk 26109 Posted June 22, 2007 Share Posted June 22, 2007 It seems that they've now bundled the restore software with the newer versions of itunes so you've probably already done what I've suggested. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/ You've probably already read this page but if not try following those steps.
