Escorts Leigh and Alex advertised the parties with a £20 entry fee, dubbed the Gentleman’s Club, through sexually explicit postings on the internet.

Slipped up there. I don't normally use my real name.

Nice job by the chronicle to advertise the website of one of the escorts.

She's a bit of a pig in knickers if you ask me anyway £100 for an hour with that?

So Peaspud is involved?

That's what I thought.

Am I right in saying escorting is not actually illegal?

Escorting isn't illegal, they are advertising for escorts on the directgov jobs website ffs!

Canny money like, might send in my cv!

I liked the use of the phrase "sickeningly graphic" in the advert sorry article.

This is the paper which refers to junkie scum dying as "tragedies" and never misses the chance to describe gangsters (eg Graham or Rice) as "loving family men" and thinks that the most heinous crime ever committed is for idiots to climb lamp posts (Bigg market hooliganism).

Skewed morality imo.

They also pay Alan Oliver a salary so what can you expect.

Well, I think a lot of junkies probably are tragic cases but I certainly see your point. Anyone member of one of the gangster family in the North East / Newcastle is always referred to as being part of 'a well-known family' and treated with an air of reverence. It's an awful rag.

Probably - I know all death is a personal tragedy for the people involved but I just think my natural level of sympathy can go up or down if I think theres an element of "serves you right" - even if I'm the first to admit to being over-judgmental.

On the topic of prostitution (in whatever form) as I've said before if you take out the drug addict/slavery elements I've never seen a good argument as to why it should be considered "wrong" - especially in this form which appears victimless.
