...had dodgy connections since Friday and every time I have rang Bangalore or wherever the fuck it is I have been told " there is a problem with the BT exchange" and yet 5 minutes later I get connected !!! WTF !!!! :icon_lol: Can I get compensation or what !!

This still is not helping... :icon_lol: am I entitled to some compensation for the disruption or not ??

Right I'm actually being sincere for a change here, just try actually phoning them and say you're not happy with the service, possibly thinking of canceling etc and they might give you some form of a goodwill gesture.

 

In cases like this for disruption what normally goes on is they just give you the money back in what you would have paid for a full month and divide it by how many days you lost service.

Hmm we have AOL and its been shit for a couple of days now, cutting off/generally slow ,ect

 

We use a BT Voyager modem so maybe we are on the same exchange kind of thing ma :icon_lol:

spoke to them before and they said if my connection is not stable by the a.m. the mora they will speak to their billing department ?? Wait and see I suppose :icon_lol:
