Basic Ipod trouble

Hmm when i put it in the computay it makes the kind of 'hardwareware' registered' noise but doesnt have anything to do with the itunes program

 

This comes up...

if you are having connection problems, check the data connector at the bottom of your iPod, I started having similar problems and it turned out a few of the pins on the connector socket had broken off, had to replace the logic board on mine in the end.

Sorted.

 

The Ipod was registering with the computer but only as a hard drive so i had to go to system config and replace/delete certian drivers and all that shite,

 

So now im in the process of syncing 3500 and 7 hours of video :icon_lol:
