Crouch is poor in the air though, so wouldn't really work pumping the ball high to him. Although I don't think Crouch is as bad as some make out, I really don't think we should be paying the money Liverpool will want for him. I'd rather go out and spend £15m on Berbatov or Anelka. Exactly. The two midgets Martins and Owen are better in the air and stronger on the ball than Crouch. Berbatov would be great, if only because it would cheer Sima up!
