Recording Something From a BBC Audio Stream

Recommended Posts

Is this possible and if yes, how do I do it?

If its from one of their mainstream stations then they replay it later and "I think" you can save it as an MP3? ie right-click the link and select "save target as"

maybe ???

I'm using a program called media pirate which works on everything from youtube to myspace to boobtube but I was just trying to rip something from an american college station which is a .wma and it can't find it!

They have varing spec downloads so maybe the most expensive version will work.

Ive done this using Goldwave which basically records whatever is going through your soundcard. It is available as a free download from www.goldwave.com Its canny easy to use, you just need to piss around with the levels.
