I mean I'm still making a normal amount of effort, but I don't think I'll be coming in early or staying late until I know either way.  I might be working for Silky on a more permanent basis as well.. hopefully   oh and before you start, posting on here is part and parcel of my normal amount of effort. Â Could be a canny little redundancy package laid on, nice holiday, get some sun, few weeks relaxation before you start job hunting and get a new job within a week.
