Jimbo 133 Posted November 14, 2007 Share Posted November 14, 2007 I've never seen any great rewards from fucking with tactics, I tend to leave them alone apart from going to the coaches screen and clearing their assignments and then auto asigning them, in that way the coaches only focus on areas that they have high ratings. The Fish 8980 Posted November 17, 2007 Share Posted November 17, 2007 auto training will give you best overall, but won't really show you where you're weakest, "fucking about" with their assignments can highlight areas in which your coaches are lacking, thereby freeing you to find suitable replacements/improvements.
