Simple excersise

Basically ive put on some unwanted weight and i need to lose it.

 

Ive been drinking heavily for the past two weeks and went home from uni to proper food and its had a nasty effect.

 

Whats the best i can do in the house?

 

So far im trying

 

3 different dumbbell techniques

Sit ups (35 a time)

and that strange leg raising thing for the lower abs,

 

I'm off the drink altogether for a while, maybe 3 weeks, a month or something

 

any ideas?

There's loads of dumbell/body weight exercises you can do:

as you're really looking to lose weight it's more the overall volume you need to worry about (although really you'd still be best picking 1-2 per body part), other than that watch what you eat and go for runs (or if you don't like/want to do that a long fast walks).

 

That or save up for liposuction. :icon_lol:
