Nobody can really begrudge Gullit...he tried, he failed, he resigned....and he took us to Wembley.

 

Souness on the other hand got rid of a key player, fell out with everyone and took us to the cleaners in compensation.

That's the main difference between the two, at least Gullit had the decency to fall on his sword.

You can always respect someone for sticking to their opinions however different they may be.
