Allardyce sacked.

With regards to the youngsters, they are more the product of the club's scouting, and youth signings at other clubs are often undertaken by others whom have a more long term outlook than the manager.

What is oddest for me was the fact that Allardyce was talking about Diarra in today's press conference. Didn't sound much like someone on his way out.

'Alan Shearer would be as good as anyone'

Based on? Jesus wept.

Well we all thought Sam was the man...and Dogleash for that matter.

Who thought KK was going to be good??

It should come as no surprise that I'm glad he's gone.

I didn't think he had anywhere near an illustrious management record before he came.

I didn't think he was a good choice.

I didn't like his team selections.

I didn't like him playing people out of position.

I didn't like his substitutions and timing of them.

I didn't like his apparent inability to motivate players.

I didn't like the fact he signed Barton the Baggage-man.

I didn't like the garbage he spouted to the press.

I didn't like the way he sat in the stands with Mort until half-time.

And I didn't like the gross way he consistantly chewed like a cow.

I didnt like his unusually massive head.

Apologies for my comment above, it wasn't clever.

The fact is you're talking bollocks. I for one am disappointed with this decision. So are plenty of others, you just don't seem to be seeing them.

I've just watched a bit of SSN. God bless those fuckers for telling us what we should think so we don't have to do it ourselves. We want Shearer ;)

I'm getting the same feeling I got when Robson got sacked. The next manager is going to be a huge disappointment and in a few months those calling for his head will wish we stuck it out rather than acted quickly.

There's only one or two people who can lift the gloom over at Skol Towers. I shouldn't need to name names but if we get either of them i'll cartwheel from Weshy to SJPs naked.

Who did he beat to the job? Seriously.

I'm bitterly disapointed that Allardyce hasn't worked out, I was fully behind his appointment as Newcastle manager, but it soon became clear that we once again had appointed the wrong man, I think the club have made a brave decision today but also a wise one.

9 games in for you, wasn't it? ;)

Maybe there was something in Ashley's agreement with Shepherd that we had to have one more season of comedy decision making at the top. The soap opera continues.

If we don't have someone fucking seriously good lined up as a replacement then this is an absolute joke. And if it IS Steve McClaren, my season ticket will not be getting renewed. FACTALICIOUS. If it's Shearer then we are nothing more than a laughing stock.
