I'll be there and for the first time ever I'm actually dreading going to a match - don't think it matters what team Rafa puts out, whatever we put out will be woefully inadequate IMO. <_<

Thing that really fucks me off is we've got the players with the ability, they're just not performing...

My boss is Irish but is of course a Liverpool "fan". We've always had good banter about thieving scousers etc which continued last week as he prepared to go to his first game at Anfield ever vs the Two Headed Vermin.

He'd been in the place an hour before he realised his blackberry had been nicked. How I laughed.

We'll lose next week as we always do at Anfield.

On a serious note I dread to think what that is like... The only real comparisons I can think of is 88/89 and 91/92 both of which seasons I was a season ticket holder for. Difference back then was though that the players really were shite and were playing to the level of their own abilities - while frustrating, you kinda knew you couldn't ask for any more.

In Beye, Cacapa, Butt, Smith & Owen we have proven 'winners' but the team are playing like a bunch of amateurs.

We don't sing murderers though like some do. I wonder if you think you've never won fuck all is boring too? Because I do.

Do you think Man Utd's Park Ji Sung song is witty? I do.

Do you know when you make someone look a tit, then somebody who's ostensibly "on your side" barrels over your point like some behemoth, unaware of the wit being trampled underneath...

I hate that <_<

What like every one of the three songs every away support since Keegan arrived have churned out?

''Cheer Up Kevin Keegan''

''Keegan out''

''Sack the board'' (WTFBTWLOL?)

''Going Down''

You'l only add YNWA (yawn) and some shite about Gerrard actually being good.

Liverpool fans are comic book football fans man <_<

Dramatic 2:1 us with Owen sneaking it in the 88th minute. He celebrates quietly and we endure the next 7mins (90+5) with our hearts on our throats as Liverpool batter the shit out of us looking for an equaliser.

Premonition-tastic

.... and yes, the drugs don't work <_<

For a few reasons it's a good time to play them but I still see them beating us without too much trouble, even if they rest a couple of their stars.

I can't see us getting anything what so ever if we go there and try to hold on for a draw. Our only option imo is to go and have them so pre-occupied with concerns about our pace that they don't put all their considerable ability into attacking.

Harper

Beye Faye Taylor Enrique

Milner Butt(if fit, Barton if not) CNZ Duff

Owen Martins

then... who's left that can play the anchor role? Faye? with Taylor and Cacapa at the back? I'd rather not have that thanks.

I've been to Anfield three times, seen us win 2 and lose 1, but not for ten years and every time has been by coach. I don't do coaches these days <_< - could you tell me if its possible to get back to Lime Street Station for 5:20?
