Roma manager Luciano Spalletti has joined fellow Italian Carlo Ancelotti in rejecting the chance to manage Chelsea. (Daily Star)

Barcelona are to join Real Madrid in the race to sign Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo, with Sandro Rosell using a pledge to sign the winger as his main weapon to be voted the next president at the Nou Camp. (Various)

Yes, you would. But Jack posesses the opinion, as it were. The slight difference being you could say Thursday 'owns' the gossip or equally you could say it is the gossip which just happens to be around on Thursday, I think, anyway.

Fergie couldn't complain like. Didn't he do exactly the same with Ferdinand, Robben, Stam, Saha and Van Nistelrooy with varying degrees of success?

Aye true I was just wondering if there's still a rule against it as noone seems to care anymore iirc Klose was tapped up by Bayern.
