Anyone got any of these?

I'm leaning toward the Nokia with the massive memory and built in Sat Nav, but the Tocca looks class only thing that worries me is the touch screen and then there's the Sony 902 which is a lot smaller than the other 2 and looks smart too.

Had a play with a Tocca the other day, it's trying SO hard to be an iPhone but is nowhere near as good.

Was the touch screen easy to use, you don't press txt and it takes you to the phone book for example even though you were nowhere near the phone book option?

Never really had a problem with the N95, can't get the Satnav to work though.

Pretty big problem!! :icon_lol:

Your car will be off the road soon enough anyways. :icon_lol:

I've been meaning to find another program, any good?

I can't say personally, but from what I have read that's the one to use.

got an n82 and the gps is great. its better than the n95 as the camera's flash actually works as its a proper unit as oppsed to the LED shite on the n95.

the gps module actually works in a car as well. unlike the n95 (bear in mind cars with heater elements in their screens will fuck with a phones GPS sensor)...

true enough but its an older less efficient design. good phone other than the 2 faults i told you about..

the n82 is class mate and is cheaper. both of them chew up the battery though....

Does the N82 have the 5 megapixel camera and 8gb of memory?

I liked my N95 until I got an iPhone and Ive not looked back.

The N95 sat nav worked for me although it does have problems on foot in built up areas, in the car it seemed fine as long as you had it in a cradle by the window. The main problem with the sat nav is that the GPS unit is in the keypad which ahs to be open for it to work so its a lot more awkward to carry round that way.

Generally though the N95 suffers from niggles such as cutting out at inoportune moments, very slow response times to get into text messages and the colours scratch off the front buttons fairly easily making it look poor quality. The main problem though is that you now cannot update the firmware if you're on Vista which caused me no end of problems whenever something went wrong.

Get an iPhone.

Having had the SE K850i now for a year, I'm not keen to look at the 902.

The user interface is great but the actual software itself is shite - fucking slow and liable to crash. Had to have one handset replaced as it decided to reboot off its own accord into Mass Storage Mode and I couldn't get the phone operational again.

The iPhone is gimicky and expensive for what it is. Sure it looks pretty but the mechanics of it are still way short of its competitiors. Really depends what you're wanting it for but if it's email, i'd look elsewhere - it's NOT a decent PDA as it'll only deal with pop email systems. Quite funny on the tv ads as well where they have to display "requires Microsoft Exchange" - bet they were screwing about that one :icon_lol:

N96 is looking the daddy at the moment IMO :icon_lol:

The Samsungs look a bit clunky to me
