West Ham fans will say "he aint a manager with the West Ham way as his style" but what is the West Ham way? A yo-yo club, who have occasionally "punched above their weight", I think that marries perfectly with what Allardyce is. If they have any sense though they should at least approach Bilic who is on 45k a year at the minute, he could probably earn 45k a week at West Ham, I think he's proven himself to be a quality manager. People might point to the fact they have some outstanding players, individually they're really not that good but he's done a cracking job there.
