All contracts will be new contracts wont they? I mean you have to sign up to one of their iPhone tariffs.

I used 480mb on my Desire last month which is the first time I've tracked it.

I don't see what the big deal is. People are going mad on the o2 forum.

People see a data cap and automatically think they will go over it.

The problem is pretty obvious I would have thought.

They haven't made the same mistake as Orange who imposed caps on existing customers, thus changing their T&Cs and meaning that customers could lawfully cancel their contracts and keep their phones.

As I say I've used 3G pretty much every day for a month and not gone over 500mb. I know it's not the same for all but some people will be moaning who don't use anywhere near 500mb/per month

I wish someone would give these companies a good fucking over the use of the word 'unlimited'. It's verging on scandalous, gets right up my nose.

Just installing OS4 now. :jester:

How? If I plug it in now will it update?

I was going to ask that. According to the Apple site, it's not out yet?

If I upgrade, it will wreck my JB, but thus far, I'm not sure how much I'd miss it. 'Spose I'd have to buy Cogs and Angry Birds legit; but that's hardly a showstopper.
