Borderline world class, linked with Bolton and Newcastle... They're running a debt of 130m Euro. Even more reason for bigger clubs to be sniffing round if he is borderline world class. Or we can be realistic and stop setting ourselves up for a fall as well always seem to do Kevin Nolan and Ryan Taylor - I doubt very much we'll get the Ebondo deal completed in time either. Fair point about the price I was just making the point that in our position a safer bet is to go for someone already proven in the premiership. Why didn't we negotiate this as part of the Given deal btw. Are we totally retarded or is it just another bluff because we aren't really going to spend. I read somewhere they needed Given done quick and no complications to register him for the waffa cup. Makes sense if this is true.
