David Craig says at least 2 months.

Regardless of this there is no decent long term future for Newcastle united under Kinnear so the board should have been looking for a proper appointment for quite a while.

Unless this club has literally no ambition whatsoever we need a good manager.

More likely they'll " bring in someone temporarily to steady the ship" to replace the guy they " brought in temporarily to steady the ship". It's like when you place two mirrors opposite each other- just keeps going on and diminishing for ever.

Plus assuming that Ant was born in NI then he's actually more 'Irish' than Ant. ;)

Utilising the diminishing theory - we should get Poyet next and then Wise after that ;)

From there, unless the cycle is broken, we'll presumably enquire about the availability for Snow White's Dwarves (Dopey is the mooted front runner) followed by Verne Troyer. :D:lol:

5 live reckon hughton in charge to the end of the season.

guardian says hughton + calderwood, with ashley to turn to venables if all goes tits up

wow, one tense victory against a poor west brom team, and we've forgotten the horrendous pre-JFK period. Granted the circumstances are different, but still...

courtesy of everyone's favourite guardianista:

That said, all the indications are that Kevin Keegan's successor will be extremely reluctant to give up the St James' Park post and those close to him were today suggesting that, providing all goes well, he could possibly be back on Tyneside by early May to oversee the season's closing stages.

would have preferred roeder tbh

The worst of all possible scenarios.

Are they determined to get us relegated?

Yes!

Bar what he done with England, which lets be honest he only achieved what most England supporters expect from their team, hes done pretty much fuck all since the 80s.

Let's face it, other than the Holland match, England's performance at Euro 96 is massively over rated.

True. I went to the Spain game and we were very lucky IMO.

He's forgotten more about coaching than half the PL combined.

In the acute setting, the mainstay of treatment for a heart attack or severe uncontrolled Angina is angioplasty - a minimally invasive procedure that uses a balloon, sometimes with metal stents, to open up the most severly affected arteries that supply the heart. Coronary Artery Byepass Grafts are usually operations planned well in advance for patients who have extensive disease but are stable. For him to be needing urgent surgery he must have severe AND extensive disease i.e. in other words his arteries are more clogged than the North Circular at 5pm on a Friday night.

Off the top of my head:

vs the Swiss we were shite

Vs Scotland we were shite

Vs Spain we were shite

Vs Holland we were very good.

Vs Germany we were ok

And that is being being generous.
