I liked Eddie's teams at Bournemouth, liked the way they played and thought he would be a good manager for us but thought he was the wrong appointment at the time as his teams could leak goals and the players he inherited wouldn't be up to it. A couple of signings and Eddie's coaching put me straight on that.
