He's gone!

Seems a strange time to resign after the election. Perhaps they were about to uncover something about him like the others?

Theres a 27 stone yank former FIFA VP (Chuck Blazer??) who wore an FBI wire to meetings a couple of years back, they got to him due to his tax affairs being of the Ken Dodd variety. Think its him who's the actual "smoking gun/" of proof of real shit on Blatter and the rest of the thinly disguised fuckin gangsters running the global game.

Am wondering if this puts Qatar or Russia at risk of losing their bids??..

He's had his last free blow job. Might be giving them before too long.

Great news that this fucking disease has finally fucked off, hope he gets his punishment rather than slithering off and enjoying his money. They must really have something on him for this.

In an ideal world yes but it'll likely be a couple of years at least before this comes to court by which time it will be too late.

Unless a new regime publishes the full Garcia report.

God bless America.

Aye and also because otherwise he or someone else will be soon be touting the resignation as a dignified exit in the face of scandal.

Too late for Russia, but surely 7yrs is enough time to unravel Qatar bid? U.S. & UK could put a good World Cup on next year.

Due to rotation it wouldn't be the UK. But I'd imagine the money already spent will be the excuse.

The UK could host the tournament in the morning.

I'd love a home World Cup. Ideally when St James is shorn of SD signs.
