Very sad obviously but from personal experience I think it's almost a blessing once things reach this stage. RIP.

Sad news. Like Alex says though, probably a blessing cos he really didn't look well at all. RIP.

Awful news. He was an ambassador. For football, for England, for the North East. A gentleman and an example to managers, young and old. I can't even begin to imagine the impact he's had on the game.

RIP Uncle Bobby.

Just heard off a lad in the office. Thought I was gonna cry for a second. That would have been embarrassing.

Thanks for everything Sir Berb. You'll live forever.

I don't know how to take this.

He was very ill and if most people can live half the life he has they have done exceptionally well but still

RIP Sir Bobby Robson. It saddens me even more to think that, thanks to the utter c*nt, Ashley, Sir Bobby departed this life seeing his beloved NUFC basically being brought down to it's knees.

RIP chap.

Get the feeling whoever arranged that game gave him something to strive towards and once it passed the fight was over.
