Great to hear Keegans side and to hear exactly what went on in general, I think he has now been vindicated and we can draw a line under this issue. It's also good for the club's future that he didn't get more than the 2 million so overall it was a good result for everyone (bar Ashley). Overall it's the best of both worlds - Keegan vindicated and the scum exposed but with a damage limiting amount of compen. Take that you fat cockney cunt. In view of our conclusion on the Sixth Issue, it follows, as was accepted on behalf of Mr Keegan, that he is entitled to no further damages. However, if we had had to address this issue, we would have decided that the publication of a finding by us that Mr Keegan had resigned because he had been constructively dismissed by the Club and not because he had decided to walk away, would restore his reputation and in evidence he agreed with that proposition. Moreover, he also accepted that he did not know whether or not anything that happened at the Club was going to stop him getting a job. Thus, even if he had been entitled to seek further damages (i.e. stigma damages), which we have found he is not, they would have amounted to very little. I tell you what there is no argument anymore, the truth is out there, and an independent panel has proven legally Newcastle fans have been led a merry dance, and lied to en masse, there's one thing geordies hate, and that's liars, generally speaking we are open people, who base our relationships on trust, when the trust is gone you have nothing. I genuinely hope Saturday's game is comfortable the result is the most important thing, but I hope there is a further reaction after this with regards to the occupants of the directors box.
