The Labour Leadership Campaign

But was it actually negative or is it just another case of a Corbyn fan getting outraged anytime anyone dares criticise him? Given that he is the story of the campaign I don't think it's a surprise that they aired a documentary about him and can't see a problem in that itself.

Watch it, you're arguing about something you haven't seen

I haven't seen it but it seems unfair either way given the timing. I.e. whether it shows him in a positive or negative light.

My understanding is that the Corbyn team were aware of the timing in advance and had no problem with that issue, it was the content they are now upset about.

If his team were happy when they thought it might boost his campaign that doesn't make it fair either, they're hardly impartial. If it was critical of him it's still not fair because of the timing, so I think my point stands about unfair either way.

I think, following my earlier revelation, that you need a Hype Man for situations like this. Consider this my application for the role.

I'll just thrown in the odd staccato "YEAH" or in the instance above, repeat "either way" after your post. That's what I can bring to the role.

I think a similar sort of agreement with the TV stations that they have regarding being neutral in the run up to the general election would be advisable for the next major party leadership election.

Just watched the Corbyn special. Quite shocked what a hatchet attempt it was. Still think despite their efforts he came out of it well. (Apart from his stupid spending ideas based on ridiculous unpaid tax receipt).

But then I gather most of the people he appeals to won't scroll down to the deliverability.
