sammynb 3215
Dinner time here and we've just had a tagine of lamb, sweet potato, courgette, carrot and potatoes on a bed of vegetable cous cous. Takes an age to cook but is so easy.

I was thinking about you and food the other day when I was making some rice and cottage cheese patties. Take: 4 cups of boiled rice. 1 cup of farm cottage cheese 1 diced onion 1 tablespoon of powdered vegetable stock (vegetta is good but full of msg) bunch of finely chopped continental parsley 1 egg Mix all the ingredients together, once well combined, spoon out between golf ball and tennis ball amount, roll in bread crumb (cornflake crumbs are better) they fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Eat.
