What's for lunch that's interesting or a bit different and isn't just a ham sandwich or some beetroot

Well, what you having?

Me:--

Peanut butter, carrot, spring & red onion, cucumber & lemon juice wraps

De-fucking-licious!

with

4 sticks of celeray, an apple and a nice cup of Yorkshire Tea ;)

Sounds absolutely disgusting.

I've got a gone-off ham and egg salad to look forward to.

Trying hard to resist the lure of the Gregg's cheese and onion pasty, I must admit.

I was thinking about you and food the other day when I was making some rice and cottage cheese patties.

Take:

4 cups of boiled rice.

1 cup of farm cottage cheese

1 diced onion

1 tablespoon of powdered vegetable stock (vegetta is good but full of msg)

bunch of finely chopped continental parsley

1 egg

Mix all the ingredients together, once well combined, spoon out between golf ball and tennis ball amount, roll in bread crumb (cornflake crumbs are better)

they fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Eat.

Sounds nice, I'll give it a go and get back to you ;)

Dinner time here and we've just had a tagine of lamb, sweet potato, courgette, carrot and potatoes on a bed of vegetable cous cous.

Takes an age to cook but is so easy.

Sounds bloody gorgeous! ;)

Thanks.

TBH this thing is the best piece of cookware I've ever owned/used.

Stopped reading right there tbh. Too hideous to contemplate.

Roast beef sandwich and a chicken cup of soap

;)

Leave off. He is scouser after all, it's expected.

Yours isn't much better Kevin, so I'd pipe down.
