5 winless now and next up Liverpool (H) and Birmingham (A). If we want to get anything out of those two (which we have to), we need a midfield of Guti - Nolan - Tiote - Barton and Carroll/Ranger up front.

Really under pressure now, will be interesting to see how we handle that on Saturday.

Alot of our other losses have been unlucky and we've still played decent in them but this and i'm guessing the bolton game we've been pathetic and completely toothless, it's worrying tbh.

We've looked a relegation side today: erratic, no cohesion, and impotent up-front. Terrible performance.

Scary isn't it.

...and another one. They deserve it, we've been rubbish.

There's nothing even to feel aggrieved about, depressing this is.

Fucking hell man they all should be docked wages for this absolutely pathetic, in fact words cant describe how little effort they've put in today watching smith who's supposedly a defensive midfielder walk back as theyre passing the ball around the edge of our box is sickening.

Absolutely dreadful performance.

Keep this up and we are going straight back down. The odd half decent performance against 'big' clubs won't keep us up.

Every single one of them needs to sort themselves out. Not sure how much blame should be attributed to the coaching staff.

....and the misery is over.

I was really looking forward to that as well, thinking that it had all the ingredients for one of our better performances (away from home, attacking side who allow space). Oh how wrong I was.

...and that Guthrie injury/turn over/goal assist. He's actually injured. That's possibly the most embarrassing thing to happen on the pitch for us since Bowyer and Dyer swung handbags.
